Farquhar’s late show steals win for Barnes

BARNES saved the best until last as flanker Angus Farquhar powered over the line beneath the posts from the final play to give his side a deserved win at Redruth.
The scenes of celebration among the visiting players showed how much this win meant.
Redruth lost fly-half Fraser Honey during the warm-up, causing a reshuffle, with Joel Matavesi going to number ten.
Monsoon conditions prior to kick-off rendered the pitch heavy and, before long, both sides wore brown, making player recognition almost impossible.
