Josh’s glad to be in mix again after quarantine

CARDIFF skipper Josh Turnbull may not have played for two months but he knows he will go into the Boxing Day bash against Scarlets at the Arms Park bigger than he has been, and hopefully better for his quarantine break.
The Wales back row man was one of the ‘Cardiff 32’ who found themselves in isolation in hotels in Cape Town and Crawley for 16 days after they were stranded in South Africa because of a travel ban when the Omicron variant first exploded on the world.
