EDDIE Jones spent time with his close friend, Castres Olympique head coach Pierre-Henry Broncan, during a World Cup fact-finding mission to France.
Jones travelled across the Channel days after England’s Autumn Internationals campaign ended with victory over South Africa.
He met Broncan when the Castres coach worked at Bath. Jones, flanked by president Pierre- Yves Revol and director of rugby Matthias Rolland, watched Castres lose to Montpellier.
