PHIL Mills led the way as Fylde took the honours at Blaydon.
The hosts started well with an early Nathan Horsfall penalty, but Fylde responded quickly with a good break by Forster putting in Sam Fisher for an unconverted try.
Blaydon responded with Row Phillips providing a good quick return to Sean Pyle to finish well in the corner.
A sustained period of Blaydon pressure led to a yellow card for number 8 Fairbrother, and a penalty by Horsfall.
Fylde replied quickly with a try from ex-Blaydon winger Tom Grime...
