EXETER Chiefs made it three wins on the spin as they recovered from a half-time deficit to carve open Wasps in a sodden encounter at Sandy Park.
It was the Chiefs who started on the front foot and believed they had scored only for Daleaka Menin to be stripped as she looked to ground the ball over the line.
For all Exeter’s territorial dominance, it was the visitors who opened the scoring. Ellie Boatman offloaded to the onrushing Amy Wilson Hardy to give Wasps the lead on the half hour mark.
