RALPH Adams-Hale was warned he may never walk again after his left ankle was “mangled” on the Kingsholm turf in November 2019.
Instead of quitting, the Saracens prop, 24, demonstrated extreme mental strength and resilience to battle back after 16 months of rehabilitation.
It was a tough road back but he is now fighting hard to put pressure on Mako Vunipola’s jersey.
