Injury-hit Westcliff suffer Barnes blitz

INJURY-RAVAGED Westcliff were blown away by Barnes in a one-way first half.
A string of injuries depleted the visitors’ bench and the game was effectively over by the break with Barnes leading 25-0.
Barnes set off at pace and Josh Hammett slotted a penalty in the first minute.
Hammett sliced through the Westcliff defence to score and convert in the 10th minute. Four minutes later, Jasper Cameron muscled over to make it 15-0 after 14 minutes.
