Community game future worries me

I TOTALLY agree with the article from Peter Winterbottom, and as a past president of Cumbria Rugby Union, I am very worried about the Community Game. We need more funds given to these clubs to enable them to continue playing and being an important part of their local area.
Also, I am amazed that in the southern hemisphere a player that is shown a red card can now be replaced after 20 minutes. This could mean that an important player is targeted and injured and therefore cannot continue while the opposition is only marginally affected.
