You’ve been head coach of Russia since August 2018, how’s the experience been?
I haven’t actually experienced ‘normality’ in Russia yet because year one was just 11 camps preparing a team for the Rugby World Cup in Japan and this year has been Covid year. I just don’t know what normality is yet which has been a big challenge and the difficulty for me has been around planning.
