It’s snore fest

WHILE I am no supporter of ring-fencing, having seen the opening rounds of this season’s Premiership and the Autumn Internationals I would be more than happy for that product to be cut loose and left to bore itself into oblivion.
Perhaps the RFU could reconsider its purpose and let the Premiership fund itself with the mega deals it will be able to cut – Bensons Beds, Silentnight or Eve Mattresses might be suitable sponsor targets! – while the money currently diverted to Premiership clubs is passed (not kicked) to the game below level 1.
