Delaney fears long break may stunt next generation

WELSH rugby is facing a crisis with no competitive rugby being played below the professional level and the lack of action stunting the progression of the next generation.
One of the biggest frustrations, and growing problems, for the professional teams is the lack of rugby for many players. The coaches at all four Welsh regions are taking it upon themselves to try to find solutions collectively to get their players into competitive situations.
