FORMER Wales back row Jonathan Thomas believes lessons in ultra-strong leadership learned from crack coaches Warren Gatland, Steve Hansen and Pat Lam will stand him in good stead in his demanding new role as forwards guru at Worcester.
Thomas, capped 67 times in the Red Dragons’ back row between 2003 and 2011, has relinquished a similar job at high-flying Bristol to take on the challenge of boosting lowly Warriors - a club he fell in love with during a previous stint as a player there.
