Stop Prem clubs hoarding all our props

I AGREE that squad sizes need to be reduced, as do the number of replacements in the professional game.
I’m DoR at Old Centralians RFC; we compete at Level 6 and over the last few seasons we have been playing with three replacements and eight interchanges. This works well and all the squad get plenty of game time.
