Parisse’s farewell is worthy of the man

NO PLAYER in any theatre of international sport, however great, has ever had the right to dictate where and when he will play his last Test, until now.
Sergio Parisse wants to say arrivederci to Italy in Rome with the Stadio Olimpico packed to the rafters, ideally against England on March 14, the last day of the Six Nations.
If ever any man has earned the right to be the exception to the rule forbidding any one from choosing his swansong, Parisse is that man. Rugby lovers the world over will be pleased that the most heroic of captains intends to bow out on an occasion worthy of his status.
