MISTAKESand penalties conceded by Bury St Edmunds gave Taunton the result in an extremely hard-fought match.
Taunton were never allowed to play their expansive game by a very well organised defence that snuffed out most of their attacks at source.
However, in Bury’s keenness and exuberance they gave away five penalties which were all converted by Gary Kingdom.
Taunton’s discipline kept their penalty count in the kickable area much lower.
