Lucky fine was low!

I WOULD agree with those describing Saracens’ penalty as harsh if the offence did not cover three seasons and they had not come to ‘a financial settlement’ back in 2015 (with two other clubs). Perhaps they should consider themselves lucky the penalty was not per year.
