Goneva try lights up stodgy game in Suva

AN outstanding team try finished by Harlequins winger Vereniki Goneva lit up a scrappy win for Fiji in Suva. Victory saw Fiji overtake the USA into second in the final tournament standings. After an error riddled first half where the teams traded penalties, Fiji burst into life after the break. Livewire scrum-half Frank Lomani launched a counter-attack from inside the Fiji 22 after his forwards had secured a turnover. Lomani found star centre Semi Radradra, who beat one defender in a long run down the right touchline.
