BRAD Mooar took his first training session as the new head coach of the Scarlets last week and has his eyes set on helping Rhys Patchell became firstchoice Wales fly-half.
Mooar has arrived from New Zealand giants Canterbury Crusaders and, while he might not be a household name like his former colleagues Scott Robertson and Ronan O’Gara, the 45- year-old was a key figure in helping the Christchurchbased outfit to three Super Rugby titles in a row.
