PAUL Lasike admits he is surprised and disappointed Harlequins team-mate Chris Robshaw will not be joining him in Japan but insists England’s snub is Harlequins gain.
Eddie Jones may well have brought the curtain down on the flanker’s long and illustrious international career with his decision to omit him from his World Cup training squad.
Robshaw, 33, is expected to be on the list of England’s standby players in case of injuries in the build up to the tournament, and therefore could still add to his 66 caps.
