No pain no gain in Warren’s World Cup beastings

I HOPE the Wales squad are enjoying their holidays… because the pain will soon arrive! The strength and conditioning team Warren Gatland has in place under him is nothing short of world class and that is a huge boost to the team.
They are going to be beasted to within an inch of their lives in the upcoming training camps in Switzerland and Turkey. I know from personal experience how tough they can be.
