Modern day scrum farce makes me cry

WITH obvious tongue in cheek, I would like to propose the following law change.
Watching the Six Nations, the Premiership, PRO14 and my local team, Kenfig Hill, there is no longer a competition in scrums with the ball being blatantly put in between the prop and hooker so the law should be changed.
Scrums should be passive from the beginning of the game and the scrum-half be allowed to put the ball into the scrums wherever he wishes!
