AFTER a dour game on a gloomy day in the North East, a draw was about all both teams deserved.
Moseley prop Jay Tyack was sin-binned for a ruck infringement on 13 minutes and this coincided with the first try as DMP’s Canadian international flanker Matt Heaton scored, with Warren Seals converting.
Moseley responded as hard-working flanker Josh Poole scored their opening try before the game degenerated into a mess of a midfield scrumfest.
