Wales prop star James calls time

WALES and Ospreys prop Paul James has announced his retirement from rugby at the age of 36.
James has won 66 caps for Wales since his debut in 2003 against Romania and made more than 200 appearances for the Ospreys over two spells, with a period at Bath in between.
James cited his shoulder as the reason for retirement.
“I’m sad to say my time has come to an end,” he posted on social media.
“After two shoulder ops and a lot of rehab my shoulder hasn’t recovered.”
