BATH have overhauled their training programme in a bid to avoid the string of injuries that decimated their squad last season.
The club suffered a huge set-back when it was announced this week that Anthony Watson had retorn his Achilles after an unsuccessful operation, but the club’s casualty list is minimal after a radical shake-up of pre-season.
Bath players were given a longer summer break than usual and the amount of contact in training has been significantly cut.
