Parker finds his groove to pull the strings

NORTHUMBERLAND ended their Bill Beaumont Cup campaign on a high with a bonus-point win over East Midlands.
Rob Parker scored 15 points for Northumberland as they finished fifth in the Division 1 North.
Parker got the scoring underway after half an hour when he went over for a try that he then converted. But three minutes later East Midlands hit back through Sam Hanks to make it 7-5 and that remained the score at the break.
