YORKSHIRE maintained their 100 per cent record in this season’s Bill Beaumont Senior Men’s County Championship with a comfortable win over Northumberland.
The hosts dominated from the off as James Tinknell punctured the Northumberland defence before off-loading to Jamie Broadley for the opening try, with Jack Blakeney-Edwards adding the extras.
Yorkshire doubled their advantage on the half-hour mark through James Tyson as their forwards repeatedly caused the visiting pack problems in the scrummage.
