EXETER back row Don Armand says being restricted to just 13 minutes of Six Nations action has only heightened his ambition to tour South Africa this summer.
Head coach Eddie Jones handed the Sandy Park enforcer a single replacement cameo against Ireland.
However, Armand told The Rugby Paper: “I don’t get frustrated because the mindset I have is that Eddie’s is doing the best he can by picking people he thinks can play in that England back row – and as long as I’m playing my best for Chiefs that’s all I can do.
