Follow NFL stance over poor conduct

I AM pleased that Colin Boag has raised the below issue again as I did several months ago.
American football has a ‘taunting’ rule. In a recent NFL playoff one player ran unopposed 40 yards for a touchdown, but just before he touched down he turned and pointed back at the distant defence disdainfully.
The referee announced to the crowd (as they do with all decisions): “Taunting, 15 yard penalty and report to disciplinary committee for possible suspension.”
