PRO12 should join an expanded two tier Premiership

I FOUND last weekend one of the saddest days for professional rugby in many years.
It was sad to see the PRO14 forced to go to South Africa for financial reasons whilst the Premiership went looking for commercial support in America.
It frustrates me that the best solution is right in front of our eyes.
A British and Irish league would be perfect for supporters exploring new venues, attracting sponsors and TV audiences. There will never be support for the PRO14 (not just in South Africa) and it has been dying for years.
