A POWERFUL first-half ensured England U18s got their South Africa tour off to a winning start with victory over France in Stellenbosch on Friday.
John Fletcher’s side led 19-3 at the break through tries from Will Porter, Will Capon and Cadan Murley along with two Kieran Wilkinson conversions in a clinical first half of rugby.
France responded shortly after the break with a try from Mathis Lebel, but Murley’s second try late on sealed the win.
