Dream Team: Charlie Walker – Harlequins wing

Charlie Walker1. Luke Cowan Dickie – I know he plays hooker now but we came through the England system together and he was a top loosehead then. A most physical player.
2. Schalk Brits – A livewire. The Saracens veteran can do things hookers simply shouldn’t be able to do.
3. Kyle Sinkler – When match fit, ‘Sinks’ is pretty unstoppable. He’s had a storming end to the season and deserved a place in the England squad to tour Australia.
4. James Horwill – He only joined Quins last season but quickly proved he is a true leader. He hates losing.
5. Leone Nakarawa – The Glasgow and Fiji star is impossible to defend against. Even if you manage to stop him he just offloads anything and everything.
6. Maurie Fa’asavalu – Such a great career in  League and Union. He was immense for and and was definitely a player to avoid on the training pitch! Such a hard hitter, being made of rock probably helped!
7. Hamish Watson – My old schoolmate from Oakham and we were in Leicester’s academy too. A huge engine and he’d always gets the ball back at the breakdown without fail.
8. Matt Luamanu – An absolute monster. Always gets over the gainline for Quins in attack and hunts players down in defence.
9. Danny Care – A very talented footballer who brings the buzz to any team, whether that’s with England or Harlequins. Thrived in his role as club captain this season.
10. Henry Slade – Very elegant passing and kicking game. I’m not sure how he does it but it always looks like he has a lot more time on the ball thank anyone else on the pitch.
11. Gio Aplon – I played against the Springboks flier when we faced Grenoble in the Challenge Cup semi-final in April and he can, and will, create something out of nothing. Such a devastating counter attacker.
12. Jan Serfontein – The Bulls centre dominated the Junior World Cup back in 2012 in South Africa. So powerful, in the same mould as Frans Steyn.
13. Manu Tuilagi – The most dangerous player in England. I really hope he can get back and remain fit next season.
14. Sitiveni Sivivatu – My first European game was against Clermont in the Heineken Cup in 2013.I feel very lucky to have played against the All Black legend.
15. Mike Brown – The most driven player I’ve played with. Nothing is ever good enough for the Harlequins and England full-back.
