Castro out but Parisse is back for Italy

Martin Castrogiovanni has been ruled out of Saturday’s clash with England but influential captain Sergio Parisse returns at No.8.
The former Leicester prop suffered an limped off the field in Dublin last week and failed to regain full fitness. He is replaced by Lorenzo Cittadini at tighthead with Matias Aguero taking over from Alberto de Marchi at loosehead.
Parisse takes the place of Paul Derbyshire in the team as Robert Barbieri moves to openside.
