Bath full-back Ollie Devoto has been cited for an alleged head butt on Saturday in Bordeaux.
The incident with Bordeaux-Begles winger Blair Connor is supposed to have taken place in the second half of the Amlin Cup clash between the two sides.
Devoto will now face a disciplinary hearing on Thursday in Dublin where he could be banned between four and 52 weeks if proven guilty.
Devoto will be joined in Dublin by Bordeaux-Begles lock Adam Jaulhac who is alleged to have punched Francois Louw in the same game.
Perpignan centre Lefeimi Mafi, Clermont winger Napoleoni Nalaga and Scarlets prop Samson Lee will also be in Dublin this week to answer their actions from last weekend.
Mafi was sent off at Kingsholm for a spear tackle on Gloucester’s Ryan Mills while Nalaga was cited for striking Racing Metro wing Marc Andreu with his knee.
Finally Lee’s citing comes after he allegedly stamped on Harlequins scrum-half Danny Care in the Scarlets’ epic win at The Stoop.
