Too many coaches are spoiling the fun for everyone else

AS someone who has played, watched and been involved in administration over many years I have watched rugby union turn from being a player based game into a game for coaches. We now have attack, defence, fitness, kicking, lineout and scrum coaches all overseen by the omnipotent director of rugby. I wonder if players don’t just get a bit confused listening to all these “experts”.
The game has not become a better spectacle, on the contrary we now have kicking as the premier attack mode and that tiresome scramble around the try line with 16 players battering the line...
