Too many officials ignoring the laws

RUGBY continues to move towards an uncontrolled sport as officials ignore the laws. Law 12: When the game kicks off, all the players in the kicker’s team need to be behind the ball – this is regularly ignored.
Law 13: Players who go down on a loose ball should get up with it immediately, pass it or release it, then move away. Too often the player stays on the ground and a team-mate leans on them sealing it off, then we have a pile up and the ridiculous extension.
