Scrum laws need to be looked at

HAVING read the article in which Sale boss Alex Sanderson talked about “devaluing the scrum” in last week’s paper, I await with anticipation that the Six Nations “DO” canvas World Rugby to allow overpowered props not to be penalised.
However, like most changes it comes with a caveat… the emphasis being moved to the referee as to if the offence is deliberately collapsed or just lack of power causing the disruption.
More importantly, I would like them to canvas for a straight put in… pushing both hookers to strike for the ball instead of...
