Law makers have stuffed up scrum

JEREMY Guscott’s contribution in The Rugby Paper last week expressed what I have been trying to understand, and failing miserably for quite some time.
I am confused and agitated when it comes to some aspects of the game especially the scrum.
Prior to reading Jeremy’s article I was looking for a contact within ‘World Rugby’ to write and complain, whilst, as a lone voice, appreciating it would get me nowhere. If an organisation or some one with clout was to start a campaign to return rugby to its roots, I for one would support it.
