Officials must work in a team – all season

HAVING read Jeremy Guscott’s article last week on Problem Laws, I agree with everything he says. However I do not see if common sense and old values will change the current laws, so we will still be beholden on the referee’s interpretation which might not be to my liking.
I believe that as we have four match officials they should act as a team – and as a team, I think they should officiate with the same personnel week in and week out.
