My concerns for grassroots rugby

I WRITE to you as a former player and now-concerned parent connected to a well-established London club. I no longer feel comfortable raising concerns with the club, primarily as my child is part of their setup and, as such, need to remain anonymous.
Recent news has thrown the future of the amateur game into turmoil but little is ever talked of with regards to the serious imbalance and open doping taking place at the lowest level of grassroots rugby.
