P shares should go to promoted teams

REPORTS suggest that Wasps and Worcester’s Premiership rivals are to seize those two clubs’ valuable P shares after their relegation to the Championship. With two fewer clubs in the Premiership, there will be an extra quarter of a million pounds to divide among the surviving 11.
Why is there not a peep from Championship clubs who, if there was any natural justice, could assume that two of their number would replace Worcester and Wasps?
