Premiership must promote from within

SO, it has been suggested that Worcester Warriors and Wasps could be replaced in the English Premiership by two Welsh clubs. This is simply too much.
We can’t have promotion but, hey, let’s bring in two Welsh sides.
It’s wrong on so many levels, Premiership rugby should be just English. What’s wrong with Ealing, Pirates, Jersey or Doncaster going up instead?
