We need to know when RFU can restore support

IT IS good to read that the RFU is giving some substance to its words of support for grassroots rugby and their short-term drive to encourage more senior men's rugby to be played is very welcome.
Our governing body has only a finite pot of money to spend and I understand the paramount need to support international men's rugby, which generates revenue for all of us.
