Yes to proper cup, with cap on seniors

I AGREE with Jose Mourinho, it’s time to bring back the real RFU Club Knockout Cup competition for all clubs in English rugby, from the top to the bottom.
This is a plea to Premiership Rugby and the RFU – in particular, RFU chairman Tom IIube – to work out a fixture list to include a proper cup competition, then Mr IIube’s ambition of reuniting the top tier with the grassroots will come to fruition.
