All about the money

HOWcurious that the RFU Council are postponing a decision over relegation for the Premiership – all to do with money I suspect.
When it came to the NCA, and other junior clubs that are the principal base, it was ok to operate the ‘RFU formula’ and decide from the Ivory Towers who will be promoted and relegated.
This was despite them accepting that there where instances of runaway leaders and teams hopelessly bottom of the league, which would have been evident on the date when the season finished early and which were mathematical facts.
