My key questions for PRL

I HAD the following exchange with Premiership Rugby’s communications director, Paul Morgan.
Jeff Gage: The Premiership insist that players for the England team are picked only from the Premiership.
Paul Morgan: That is incorrect. Players do NOT have to be playing in Gallagher Premiership Rugby to play for England.
