DEAN Richards has done well to lure Nick Easter back to the Premiership - personally I would rather have Easter in charge of my defence than Dominic Waldouck who has left Falcons to join Gloucester’s staff.
While Waldouck was a fine player in his early 20s, his stint as player-coach at Newcstle last season was his first foray into coaching and he is totally untested at Premiership level.
