Time for rugby to make some good TV

WHEN it comes to promoting itself on screens, either big or small, Rugby Union trails behind most sports. Nowhere is this more painfully obvious when you compare it with the slick, informative documentaries available on American pro sports such as NFL football and NBA basketball.
