Now is time to change our pyramid structure

AS EVER just read my TRP cover to cover and now with the RFU having announced how teams this season will be promoted and relegated as a result of the coronavirus pandemic, timing is good to consider league structure at Levels 1 to 4.
I’m a 70-year-old life member at Blackheath and have been the team manager for the 1st XV for over 20 years.
I played many a game that cost me, rather than getting paid. This year has been no different than the last 20 years just that the cost and debt has varied. The RFU used to give us nearly £100k but that has effectively gone.
