Expand Prem and bring in playoffs

THE age old problem of to ring fence or not keeps rearing its ugly head.
The fact Newcastle look likely to bounce straight back up, like most of the relegated teams before them, and that Saracens will be straight back at the end of next season (as long as they can fit the promotion criteria) points to the fact that there is a huge gap in quality and money between the leagues.
This will become more apparent when the funding is cut for the Championship.
My solution to this problem is relatively easy and would benefit all in the long term.
