FOLLOWING CVC involvement maybe we will see an integrated British League.
It could consist of six conferences of four teams split up regionally – 12 Premiership, ten British and Irish from PRO14, plus two in the Championship – with number of games to be decided.
Top of each conference plus best two runners-up then qualify for play-offs with home advantage to best teams. This does mean the Italians and South Africans are no longer involved but it leaves room for the European competitions. Scrap the Premiership Cup.
